Atteint d'un cancer de la gorge, le graphiste Roman Cieslewicz est mort le 21janvier 1996 ; il avait 65 ans. Ses cendres ont été déposées dans la case 317 du columbarium du cimetière du Père-Lachaise à Paris. Avec respect, cette marguerite.
