A tribute to Nieuwenhuys Constant

Né en 1920 à Amsterdam, l'artiste avait lui-même transformé son nom, Constant Anton Nieuwenhuijs, en Constant Nieuwenhuys. Il est mort à Utrecht le 1er août 2005, à l'âge de 85 ans, et sera inhumé le 6 août au cimetière Zorgvlied à Amstelveen (commune néerlandaise qui fait partie de l'agglomération d'Amsterdam) où il repose. En son hommage, cette fleur du campanule.
