Berto Lardera was born in 1911 in La Spezia (Italy). Undoubtedly influenced by the occupation of his father, naval engineering, he began sculpting very early. Berto Lardera went to the drawing independent School from 1926 to 1932. His first exhibition was hold in Milan in 1942 then followed by many others (Italy, France, Germany, Brazil, Belgium...).
